Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On June 23, 2015, the Board of Directors of JDS Uniphase Corporation (the
“Company” or “JDSU”) accepted the resignations of Harold Covert, Penelope Herscher and Martin Kaplan, effective and contingent upon the pro rata distribution 80.1% of the common stock of Lumentum Holdings Inc. to JDSU
stockholders.
