Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On March 13, 2017, Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (the “Company”) completed the previously announced sale of Isle of Capri Marquette, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with casino operations in Marquette, Iowa, to CQ Holding Company, Inc. Total proceeds from the sale were approximately $40 million, subject to a customary purchase price adjustment.

A copy of the press release issued by the Company on March 13, 2017 announcing the completion of the transaction is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
