Match Group, Inc. ("Match Group") announced today that the
underwriters in Match Group's initial public offering have
exercised in full the option to purchase 5,000,000 shares of Match
Group's common stock at the initial public offering price of
$12.00 per share less underwriting
discounts.
With the exercise of this option, the total offering will
consist of 38,333,333 shares of Match Group's common stock and
gross proceeds to Match Group of $460.0
million. The shares began trading November 19, 2015 on the NASDAQ Global Select
Market under the ticker symbol "MTCH." The offering is expected to
close on November 24, 2015.

Merrill Lynch are acting as the lead bookrunning managers, and
