On May 10 2016, Rocket Fuel Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2016. The attached press release includes a discussion of certain non-GAAP financial measures as well as a reconciliation of such non-GAAP financial measures to the corresponding GAAP financial measures.
