(Nasdaq:FLIC) is the parent company of The First National Bank of

Mr. Vittorio is ringing the Closing Bell to
celebrate the Bank’s 88th anniversary and its parent company’s
success as a public company. The Bank opened its doors in
October 1927 with initial capital of $50,000. Assets now

and loans grew 14.1% and 26.5%, respectively, during the twelve
months ended March 31, 2015.
“We are pleased that the bank continues to grow
deposits and loans in a measured and disciplined way. All of
our growth has been organic. Our targeted market focus continues to
be middle market companies, small businesses, professionals such as
doctors, lawyers, dentists and CPAs, municipalities and service
conscious consumers. Our double digit asset, loan and deposit
growth has been directly related to these business segments and
have been the key to our enhanced franchise value,” said Mr.
Vittorio.
