Net profit rose to 7.06 billion Swedish kronor ($825.3 million) in the three months to end-December from 4.22 billion kronor in the same period a year earlier, Ericsson said on Wednesday. In "Ericsson Profit Rises on Dollar, Apple Pact," at 0717 GMT, the reporting period was misstated in the second paragraph as the three months to end-September.
