chat apps and programmable apis......so various chat applications from major os/platforms, programmable integration of realtime streaming audio and video objects in javascript /webrtc(server side) to be treated like standard video/audio objects in html5( client side).

how to get the generative ai into your application.......so if an amazon provides generative ai, how do you get it into your application?

segue with amazon web service work of customizing for customers. wags.
using programmable api's.......could then use magnite cleardirect ip to get the webrtc(jitsi) audio/video messaging into the application using favascript /html5 of chrome and firefox?

then call all the app dev ops...use also the microfrontend registry of preconfigured objects and pretrained ai on such. guesses.

yeah, insiders just sold about 2k shares each to fulfill their obligations, but no mass panic.

google is down today because of rumored faulty information for a search on james webb telescope. the ai said james webb was the first to take pictures of exoplanets, but it was done earlier . However, a search of nasa and james webb disclosed that james webb would be taking/took pictures of exoplanets in never before seen wavelengths which would yield new information. so, not exactly right but not wrong. the meta data should have indicated what kind of pictures...new wavelength pictures. perhaps, like any other ml/ai , the more you use it, the better it gets?

hp partner of vmware and msft and cisco and intel and amd and google and ect.

vista equity and citrix which is to be integrated with tibco.

citrix client to msft os/pc's. for connection to server/services/and other organizations.

8x8 and cloud ip. including nodes and networked nodes.

connectivity via ethereum blockchain, merge proof of stake.

contracts at the client side determine the functionality/routing/etc.

data about corporate interactions analyzed in realtime.

sales force organization can be redone with significantly less effort than before. this would facilitate mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations.

we all remember 1-800 flowers, or some of us do.

adhoc working groups now becoming de rigueur in many organizations due to job, goals, employee attendance, etc.

needham conf.....autobots for cc....overall, 8x8 people seemed almost reticent to be there talking about company. potentially related to corp layoffs in techs....roi improvements with 8x8 ip alluded to in a general way. more earnings with less revenue? no questions about outside forces interested in 8x8 buyout...but recent tech pr's and new ip software points to an ability to create vertical blockchains of productivity. and blockchains are now proof of stake. i wonder if 8x8 was using such for their virtual meetings ip?

Six analysts have updated their price targets for EGHT since the news was announced on 12/10 of the new CEO, Dave Sipes, taking over the reins. The closing price of EGHT was $21.27 on the day before his appointment was announced. They seem to approve of the change.

Options can be dangerous for the novice. My suggestion, if you want to try them, is to pick stocks with major upside potential and buy very long term options. Also, don't put too much of your money into them.

No. It means I bought the option to purchase 900 shares of EGHT at $17.50 until Jan of 2022.

Suppose on Jan 2022, EGHT is trading at $100 a share. I can still buy 900 shares of it for $17.50. In that case my profit would be $82.50 per share (and I would be very happy).

The good thing about options is that you can control a lot more shares than if you were to just buy the stock. For instance, EGHT was trading at about $21 a share when I bought my options, but I only had to pay about $6 a share. With more shares, there is the possibility of more profit.

The bad thing about options is that if they reach their expiration date and the stock is below its exercise price, you will lose all your investment.

You don't have to wait until the exercise date to turn in an option. You can always sell them anytime you want until, the exercise date, for whatever their worth is at the time.

Hello, if anybody's here.

I just had EGHT brought to my attention, by, of all things, a YouTube video. I researched it and these are a few of the interesting things I found:

1. A steady uptrend in share price from late Oct to today, with a move from $15.95 to $20 today; an increase of about 20% in a little over 2 months.

2. 106.3 million shares outstanding with 91% held by institutions.

3. 18.7% short interest.

Normally, I would balk at purchasing a stock that is 91% held by institutions because I would figure there wouldn't be additional upward pressure by institutions due to they already own almost all the shares. The 18.7% short interest, though, makes me salivate at the possibility of short holders needing to cover their 19.9 million share position by purchasing from the non-institutional pool of 9.6 millions shares, if something should happen to cause a rapid spike in price.

That being said, I am announcing my new position of 9 options of EGHT $17.50 Jan/2020 calls in this stock.
