-- CSX Corp., a railroad operator based in Jacksonville, Fla.,
named Frank Lonegro finance chief. He replaces Fredrik Eliasson,
who was named chief sales and marketing officer.
-- Crocs Inc., a Niwot, Colo., footwear maker, said Chief
Financial Officer Jeff Lasher, left the company. Mr. Lasher will
join West Marine Inc. a Watsonville, Calif., seller of boating gear
and water-related apparel.
-- MillerCoors, a joint venture between London-based SABMiller
PLC and Denver-based Molson Coors Brewing Co., named Gavin
Hattersley chief executive. Mr. Hattersley was interim CEO and CFO
at Molson Coors Brewing. He succeeds Tom Long, who retired.
-- Docker Inc., a closely held San Francisco-based enterprise
software company, named Mike Gupta CFO. Mr. Gupta was CFO of
Twitter Inc. when it went public in 2013.
-- FireEye Inc., a Milpitas, Calif., cybersecurity company,
named Michael Berry CFO. Mr. Berry succeeds Frank Verdecanna, who
has been interim CFO since July. Mr. Berry joins FireEye from
Informatica Corp., a software and services company where he was
CFO.
-- Array BioPharma, a Boulder, Colo., biopharmaceutical company,
named Patricia Henahan finance chief. Ms. Henahan joins from
Hospira Inc., where she was vice president of finance of the
company's pharmaceutical business. She succeeds David Horin,
Array's interim CFO since February.
-- Express Scripts Holding Co., a St. Louis-based
pharmacy-benefits manager, named Eric Slusser as CFO. Mr. Slusser
most recently was finance chief of Gentiva Health Services Inc.,
which earlier this year was acquired by Kindred Healthcare Inc.
-- Vita Coco, a closely held coconut-beverage company, named
Armando Amselem global finance chief. Mr. Amselem joins the New
York-based company from PepsiCo Inc.
-- Madison Square Garden Co. a New York-based media, sports and
entertainment company, named Bret Richter finance chief of MSG
Networks Inc., the media entity it plans to spin off later this
month. Mr. Richter joins from Cablevision Systems Inc., where he
was executive vice president of corporate finance and
development.
