But their spending is shit load on stupid stuff

Because the company was unable to renegotiate its debt and faces severe risk of bankruptcy.

sorry, misunderstood "Q" as in quarterly earnings.

No, they have revenue and assets. Probably a 97% chance old shares canceled with a residual payment to current shares but, there will always be new traders to gamble in the interim from start to finish of all ch 11s.

Why? Because they will show some discounted debt repurchase as extraordinary gain? Doubt that will encourage enough to buy in.

It will make an excellent Q play imo.

Bankruptcy is likely here. The deal offered to creditors was beyond ridiculous (15 million shares, then priced at $1, for 600 million debt). 1.4 billion of total long term debt are secured by company assets, so creditors will get the radio stations. Shareholders will see nil.

Even though it is the 2nd biggest radio market this will probably not recover w/o another reverse split.. Sorry to say
