(CMCSA, CMCSK) said it isn't interested in offering Netflix to its Xfinity subscribers whether as an on-demand service or as a billing partnership, The New York Times reported Thursday. "We have no plans to offer access to Netflix to our customers through our Xfinity TV service, no matter what device," a Comcast spokeswoman told a trade publication. Reuters reported Tuesday that Netflix (NFLX) has been holding talks with cable companies about offering its streaming service as an on-demand cable offering.
