Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

We are clarifying our expectations regarding the timing of a regulatory refiling of BELVIQ^® in the European Union: We and Eisai are discussing whether, how and when to refile for regulatory approval of BELVIQ in the European Union. Eisai is responsible for this regulatory strategy. Our current expectation is that a refiling could occur by the end of Eisai’s fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.
