AmSurg's Physician Services Division, Sheridan, Completes Agreement with Anesthesia Group Serving AmSurg Surgery Center

Sheridan, the Physician Services division of AmSurg Corp.
(NASDAQ: AMSG), today announced the affiliation of Ambulatory
Anesthesia Care, P.C., an anesthesia group practice serving
ambulatory facilities in Mountainside and Edison, New Jersey.
The physicians of Ambulatory Anesthesia Care, P.C. are the
exclusive providers of anesthesia to The Center for Ambulatory
Surgery in Mountainside, an AmSurg multi-specialty partnership.
