By Harriet Torry FRANKFURT--Munich's high court Thursday ruled three Samsung Electronics Co. (005930.SE) products don't infringe Apple Inc.'s (AAPL) intellectual property on a patent governing a list scrolling feature and denied Apple's request for an injunction, Samsung said Thursday. A spokesman for the court confirmed Apple lost the case and has to pay all costs. Thursday's decision backs an earlier ruling by a more junior court in Munich in February. The products involved are the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, the Galaxy tablet 10.1N, and the Galaxy tablet 10.1N WiFi, Samsung said. "Despite Apple's legal attacks against our user interface, we will continue to further develop and introduce products that enhance the lives of German consumers," Samsung said in a statement, adding it welcomed the ruling. Apple declined to comment. The decision is the latest in ongoing patent and copyright disputes between the two manufacturers of smartphones and tablets. It follows a separate ruling by a court in Duesseldorf on Tuesday allowing Samsung to carry on selling the 10.1N in the European Union, but banning the sale of the smaller 7.7 inch tablet, finding its design too close to the iPad.
