- Recruiter Harvey Nash warned over results for the full year as demand for permanent staff has not picked up as hoped. In the third quarter, Nash saw a 23% decrease in revenues and a 72% decrease in adjusted profit before taxation

- I wouldn't dare presume to tell anybody to buy or sell or hold. I IMHO rated this company as a buy. Emotional long punt. I like the company. Watch the video....great product for a green like me. Not expecting any return in less than 3 years.

- SG - I reckon cognitive dissonance is a wealth preserver, the ability to balance the plus side and the negative and to switch from being a buyer to a seller without having to dump a load of convictions. I'm no psychologist though! K ps - just watching PVC, hold Jetion.

- JB, do you remember using the same line just last week at PYC, commenting on a sale and then sarcastically wishing me the best in my trading. Well I made more that week than I had done for quite a while. And at the same time what was happening to your primary holding, yep it went down, down, down. So please give it a rest and spare yourself any further embarrassment.

- HamsterApe, I was under the impression that shareholders could only take part in the rights issue if they owned the stock by close of business 24th Nov (the record date) or was that date to be eligble to vote as well?

- The likelyhood of the delaying UIGEA leading to new legislation is surely an indication of the climate changing in the US. What was deemed unlawful is likely to be lawful in the coming months putting a wholly different emphasis on the DoJ issue and its outcome/resolution.

- Mr Crossed wires, you are so out of date. The new presentation on Regal's website says that SV 61 is being cased at 4900m, that SV 66 has been spud and that SV 58 is being perforated. DYOR, keep up to date and keep your comments accurate

- Good find tfp re 39669 and the new Polish website starting the 29th. Hi SS, well we all know Poland is a big market because CLN was discovered there and the population is knowledgable of CLN already. It would be nice to know when CLN reaches the shop shelves too.

- They will have to pay more if they don't get the support of shareholder, which I believe might well be the case! Shares are worth a lot lot more so don't think an shareholder who has done their homework will want to sell at the offer price.

- "Has anyone else looked at the Rule 38.5 news messages? Dunbodies and J and E Davy seem to be blatantly buying and selling fairly large blocks of shares each day with little or no profit or are they just manipulating the share price on behalf of ENOC?" They are market makers. It is their job to make a market, which involves buying and selling shares.

- You can rest assured that the BOD hold a certain minority of PIs in very low regard and understandably so. Perhaps if Susan had been appointed JB could have been proposed to handle investor relations, there again perhaps not.
