- The SP is predictable - it's going down and is relatively rangebound with a large spread. When I was trading this I waited for sharp daily falls and caught the inevitable bounce. There are no sharp movements any longer as the SP is depressed due to the placing and no likelhood of news to drive it back up.

- They have got to be heading towards 1p I would have thought. That's the price put on a very significant proportion of the shares, so logically that's the fair price. It's very common for shares to fall to an issue price and then bounce if survival looks likely and prospects good.

- General meeting is next Tue, looks like 1p rights/massive dilution after that. Thought there might have been something else to put to turkey shareholders, but they seem to be saying "vote for Christmas or we run out of money to feed you anyway".

- Well after Friday's dealings it would appear that Cignet are in no mood to go away with nothing. Of course any first approach would get rebuffed, you'd assume, but will be interesting to see whether they intend to force it through by adding on the open market or whether a deal will be done. At present they have just under 5% in shares and by thus a vote of 5% too.

- I did point out that I thought the bidder was in the market on Friday picking up that large line of stock. I would be pretty confident they will come back with a firm offer on the table above 6p. They would need certifying if they didn't. They are after all unlikely to get some cheap placing stock.

- Haghani bought those 6.7m at 5.9p on Fri & is "considering an offer" - is poss pi's will be saved after all, though perhaps don't hold your breath... (Not speculation btw, see RNS at 11.51 and 11.44).
