- I would suggest filtering Minty guys...he is ONE bad news...he has single handedly destroyed every share he has been involved with....his partner in crime was 2kpromoe who uses another guise on here...either Mister X, plain vanillla or cagr..beware!!!

- 2 bids for a block, 1 for the entire company. Knowing PM, I know he would not sell the whole company, but wants to develop EKCP. My estimate is £1.50 - £2 cash for the 25 - 33% block or a SP = £2.50 - £3. We already know that some suitors have completed their due diligence and that offers are on the table, the remaining parties are in advanced stages. Time will tell.

- if bid was £2+ why would be then trading at 50% discount. I'd love to be wrong but it does not make sense to me. My view is that market/insiders would know what the bid is and consequently price would be marked accordingly.

- I doubled my holdings today. Short of there being a coup or another set of banks going bust, I cannot see how this share will not be at least 50% higher and hopefully much more, within the next 3 months.

- Shiny1000 people have targets and some think they can make a higher return elesewhere. If you were in from 20-40p it mightbe tempting to take some profits here. We do not live in a certain world, unfortunatley!.
