The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY) ("Sirius" or "the Company") announce that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") or applicable notices have been posted to shareholders, in conjunction with the posting of the Annual Report & Accounts where required.

The AGM will be held at 11.30am on Friday 25 September 2015 at The Royal York Hotel & Events Centre, Station Road, York YO24 1AA.
