The Company announces the following changes to the interests of a PDMR in the Company's Ordinary Shares of GBP1 each ("Ordinary Shares").

On 18 May 2015 the Company granted the following Conditional Awards over Ordinary Shares under the terms of the RSA Performance Share Plan 2014 ("PSP") to a PDMR at nil cost:

Under normal circumstances, these Awards of Bonus Deferral Shares and Performance Shares will vest on 18 May 2019 subject to the rules of the PSP and the provisions of the Company's approved Remuneration Policy. Performance Shares are also subject to the testing of performance conditions, details of which are disclosed within the 2014 Directors' Remuneration Report.
