Publication of SUPPLEMENTARY circular AND DATE OF ADJOURNED GENERAL MEETING

Further to the announcement on 12 December 2014 by Clarkson PLC ("Clarksons"), a copy of the supplementary circular dated 15 December 2014 (the "Supplementary Circular") relating to the approval of the proposed acquisition by Clarksons of the entire share capital of the RS Platou ASA has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.

The Supplementary Circular contains details for the adjourned General Meeting of the Company to be held at 10 a.m. on 23 December 2014.

The Supplementary Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. It will also be available on the Clarksons' website at www.clarksons.com.
