LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Clarkson Plc. said its chief executive Richard Fulford-Smith was asked to step down, and that he will be replaced by managing director of global broking, and chief operating officer Andi Case in the interim. The UK shipbroker said the company was currently trading well. Clarkson added that Fulford-Smith's future role within the group was still under discussion.
