LONDON-- Broadcaster Sky PLC (SKY.LN) Tuesday announced the completion of the remaining shares in Sky Deutschland.
"Sky completed the acquisition of the remaining approximately 4% minority shareholdings in Sky Deutschland AG earlier today, with the cash compensation for the minority shareholdings set at EUR6.68 ($7.58) per share," the company said.
Shares at 0947 GMT, down 3 pence, or 0.3%, at 1,008 pence valuing the company at GBP17.3 billion ($26.7 billion).
