LONDON--BP PLC (BP.LN) Friday said it has signed the final agreements for the West Nile Delta gas project in Egypt in which it expects to contribute to $12 billion of investment.
BP has a 65% stake in the project, which is expected to produce up to 1.2 billion cubic feet of gas a day, about a quarter of Egypt's current gas production, BP said.
