Ad Operations Professional

This is an excellent opportunity for an Ad Operations Professional with experience in DFP (DoubleClick / Dart for Publishers) to join a leading media company.

A digital Advertising Operations / Trafficking background, combined with exposure to rich media suppliers, such as Eyeblaster or Flashtalking, is preferred.

As the Campaign Manager, you will be planning and delivering campaigns across web and mobile sites in the pursuit of client ROI’s, and reporting back on performance to the Sales team. A basic understanding of online sales metrics and some solid analytics skills are therefore needed.

This is a hands-on trafficking role and you can expect to be ensuring that campaigns go live smoothly; making continuous assessments and optimising where appropriate, while ensuring allocation of impressions.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Passport - Some international travel is required for this position. The training will be in our California office in Newport Beach and can last up to two weeks. You will also need to visit trade shows to meet potential clients and offer our service. Travel will be less then 10% of the time.
  • Self-Learning and Self-Improving - You must be willing to learn new things on your own. The desire to learn and constantly improving your execution are important to working at this company.

The base salary for this position is £25,000 annually.

Commissions are paid monthly for every order your clients purchase. Once you bring in a client they are yours and you collect residual commission on each purchase. New hires start at level 1 and collect 2% commission. As you add more clients and monthly sales increase you will level up.

Maximum commission is level 5 where you collect 7.5%. At this point you also become a manager and can hire one additional sales person onto your own team. You collect 2% commission on all their client’s orders as well until they reach level 5 and qualify for their own team.
