Yen Climbs Against Majors

(RTTNews) - Reversing direction, the Japanese yen advanced against its major opponents in the European session on Monday.

The yen bounced off to 151.35 against the pound, off its early low of 152.27.

Extending early rally, the yen rose to a weekly high of 133.04 against the euro, from its early low of 134.24.

The yen hit a 10-day high of 115.04 versus the Swiss franc, coming off from an early low of 115.86.

The yen rose to 111.94 against the greenback, 90.81 against the loonie and 89.07 against the aussie, from its previous lows of 112.53 and 91.20 and a 4-day low of 89.68, respectively.

If the yen extends rise, it may find resistance around 148.5 against the pound, 131.00 against the euro, 114.00 against the franc, 110.00 against the greenback, 89.00 against the loonie and 86.00 against the aussie.
