Pound Strengthens Against Majors

(RTTNews) - The pound drifted higher against its major rivals in early European deals on Wednesday.
The pound climbed to 6-day highs of 1.4663 versus the dollar and 161.36 versus the yen, off its early lows of 1.4601 and 160.44, respectively.
The pound strengthened to near 4-month highs of 0.7602 against the euro and 1.4544 against the franc, reversing from its previous lows of 0.7639 and 1.4477, respectively.
If the pound rises further, it may find resistance around 163.00 against the yen, 1.48 against the franc, 0.75 against the euro and 1.48 against the greenback.
