Pound Rises Against Most Majors

(RTTNews) - The British pound strengthened against most other major currencies in the Asian session on Tuesday.
The pound rose to a 5-day high of 0.7135 against the euro, from yesterday's closing value of 0.7146.
Against the U.S. dollar and the yen, the pound edged up to 1.5244 and 181.51 from yesterday's closing quotes of 1.5233 and 181.33, respectively.
If the pound extends its uptrend, it is likely to find resistance around 0.70 against the euro, 1.55 against the greenback and 184.10 against the yen.
