Pound Climbs Back Against Majors

(RTTNews) - The pound rose back against its major opponents in European deals on Monday.

The pound advanced to 1.5692 against the greenback and 185.56 against the yen, off early lows of 1.5627 and 184.04, respectively.

The pound recovered from an early low of 1.5151 against the franc, trading at 1.5207. This is not far from early near 2-week high of 1.5215.

Having fallen to 0.7934 against the euro in prior deals, the pound rose back with pair trading at 0.7907. Further upside move may take the pound to an early near 2-week high of 0.7901.

The next possible resistance for the pound is seen around 188.00 against the yen, 0.78 against the euro, 1.54 against the franc and 1.58 against the greenback.
