Indian Rupee Rises To 3-day High Against U.S. Dollar

(RTTNews) - The Indian rupee strengthened against the other major currencies in the morning deals on Friday.
Meanwhile, the benchmark S&P Sensex is currently up to 33.42 points or 0.96 percent at 3,520. The broader CNX Nifty Index is also up 94.55 points or 1.14 percent at 8,413.
Against the greenback, the rupee rose to a 3-day high of of 63.6900 from an early low of 63.8900. At yesterday's close, the rupee was trading at 63.8460 against the greenback.
If the rupee extends its uptrend, it is likely to find resistance around the 62.50 area.
