This company needs to be investigated. Brito has not posted anything on any social media to update the progress made and they have even removed their website. There has to be some regulation from the SEC. How can we report this company?

Yes Scott, totally agree and I did it the same way. It's a complete loto play. But I might take that risk. Right now just invested with 2.5K+ but willing to double. I bet they will bring it to '10 or '20 at least. Maybe more, maybe less. At the end of the day it will be not easy to get out at the highest price.....how to estimate? It can go down to trip 1 in a blink of an eye.
So I'm selling all the way up (if there is an up).
If I can double or triple my Investment it's Ok. Everything more is a gift. Even if I'm selling most till 15 and keep a few millions to see what happens.....

Seems about every 3 years there is a pump. I think we are almost there.

I'm going the same way.....hold and hope. Something must be there in the background. Insiders owning half of the float. Shockworx in play somehow. They seemed to own some properties by now. Trying to stay "current"....and so on...

I agree the concepts they are using are new and a lot of people do not understand them. The spike in the real estate market derailed things for them. I expect if the market crashes as they predict it will this will become active again. Timing is everything so I will continue to hold and hope.

This company is really hard to understand and to play......

To be real. I'm living in northern Germany. Close to Hamburg ( near Celle). It's just a small city in Lower Saxony. The district has just close to 250K citizens. But our biggest real estate agency makes a lot more revs than our world leading prop-tech company $mspc has done in the last 5 years. So.......what to expect. There are bigger co's to try for tokenization....

Yes, there seem to be a number of slip-ups. The Dollar sign before the number of shares is also quite entertaining, but it’s a start. Making revisions to it will be a lot easier than writing it was.

But I'm not sure if it will go through. There are a lot of "typos" in it. e.g. the quarterly say's sometime " period ending march 31, 2022". Seems like they did it in a hurry just to prevent EM.

But at least it seems that they want to go on with alternative reporting standard. Let's see if it works.
