I'm not contemplating posting insider info on a message board. Even in 2010 I knew better.
And even then I knew that posting it didn't make it tradable.

And back in 2010 I was the only one that questioned Marc's phone call to a mystery Sinopec data room guy who said that he would gobsmacked if there were not large amounts of oil in ERHC's JDZ blocks while you and many others applauded his supposed inside info. We know how that turned out.

Now you say you know there are shorts yet you admit that the only way you know that is that ssc and other message board posters are saying that it's not true. That's your proof. Otherwise there is no physical proof.

That's why it is actually in Mark's best interest to post any non-public info he gets in order to make it public, and therefore ok to trade on.
