Ya this idea has been around for a while. Maybe now something is actually going on? I believe there has been a lot of product discovery ongoing for years, just waiting for consistent production. Some just might be shocked at how many products are ready for market.

i had read in the past that anyone who knowingly purchased shares after 3rd amend may not be part of any settlement as they knew going in. would ackman, berkowitz fall in that category?

but then i believe lamberth ruled ? that rights travel with shares and that logic does not apply

Have they started recovering yet? No, they haven't. My guess is that starts in a matter of weeks.

All will be clear soon (by that my guess is first week of June), whether we have a $0.0001 stock or a $0.25 stock, but it's one of the two.
