Let me remind you of some of his posts, when all i suggested was my gut feeling about the owners not being upfront, and my reasons for selling out at a loss...

AMIR...WHO IS THE MUG NOW!!!

The ALLAY deal absolutely needs investigating.
If I remember correctly it was going to be immediately 'cash generative' and MPM would no longer need to continually raise equity/funds !!!
Now which Directors, past or present live up & have business interests in the North East.?
Who brought this deal to the table ??
Qui Bono is the question everyone should be demanding !!!

Wake up everyone
MICRO MOMENTS INDEED
Its gone and it ain't coming back......
For the past 3 or so years this Company has totally misled/duped investors.
MPM is NOW in ICU
Say your prayers because Sadly and Inevitably its RIP

I do Wish folks here would look at the last 3 year RNS history as a Quoted.
Its been a scam from start to finish as a publicly listed entity.
That is not so say that some 'value' does exist in its constituent parts hence folks will obviously keep working until that profitable or good prospect part is sold by the Administrators/Creditors]
Much more sophisticated investors than most have got fooled here.Including myself.
And certainly more than some who post moronic comments here.
Look at the History. The shares issues at upto 15 pence with the false accompanying statements.
MPM is the proverbial crock of s..t !!!
MPM should be subject to a thorough FCA &/or a criminal investigation.

I have already reported to the FCA & other relevant authorities my serious concerns.
I suggest all others who agree with me here and suspect MALFEASANCE write to whomever they feel best to bring about an investigation.
I remain particularly interested in former director Mr Barry Moat and his involvement

yeah but that's a bit different to MPM...

MPM is looking at insurance which is inherently more complex
MPM isn't looking at sales (which involves advice etc), this is providing a database of leads for a firm who actually follows up on claims.

these clients are not searching MPM's website.

basically the service is this:

here is some data you want to purchase or access in exchange for money. this is not a financial service.

therefore it's vatable

I have been trying to get my head around the deal.

Essentially mpm are acquiring a growth company that is generating profit and cash. Growth of 100% year-on-year with £400k profit to Sept 2019 should value click labs at £8m+. So on the face of it mpm have got a steal at £5.5m

However, not all is as it seems.
- Where will the cash come from to pay click labs £3m in the next 2 years (assuming they hit targets). I doubt they will be generating that much of a profit.
- Where is the additional operating cash coming from to cover mpm losses (if it is the click labs profit, then my point above is even more pertinent.
- Why would click labs agree to combine with mpm if they know future fund raises are required.

So my guess, and it is a guess, is that this has been a reverse takeover.
- Clicklabs get a listing
- They will virtually shut down the mpm business, leaving only what is necessary to gain cross selling opportunities. Big redundancies to be announced?
- This will leave a profitable business in 12 months time generating £800k+ profit. Possibly £1m+ in 2 years. Valuation as a growth stock could be £20m
- They will be "clever" and agree to forego the cash payout for shares, increasing their holding to above 50%
- They will have 50% of the shares in 2 years time = £10m

Conjecture I know, but I refuse to take this RNS at face value as it just does not make sense.

So, is it worth holding???

I don't think clicklabs will change their minds, i think the deal and the placing will go through.Once the above is confirmed then I would expect the share price to move above the 0.5p placing price.Further progress in the share price will be dependent on news flow.Further funds will probably be required because, in effect, MPM will probably be paying most of the profits of clicklab to the vendors as part of the £3m earn out. If clicklabs is making good money then further raises shouldn't be too hard. Then after two years MPM get to keep all the profits.

Flashheart I like your theory and you could be right. But even if they didn't have the acquisition it looks like MPM would have needed 'emergency' funding as results say need cash in October. So this is more or less a rescue package funding with an interesting acquisition in there as well. As such the investors in this placing would know that and would demand a massive discount to the then current share price MPM must have known they were running out of cash, that chairman's daughter buy and the investment fund buy look spectacularly miss timed. The question now, assuming the fund raising and acquisitions through, is are the shares a buy, hold or sell at current levels?Clearly investors at 0.5p reckon they are a buy. There's new management in place, overheads are cut and they should stand a chance.Against is that the cash raised might only last a few months then, unless things have gone really well, they could be back with the begging bowl and another discounted placing. They really do seem to burn through the cash like the clappers. It's not an obvious one to me. On balance think I will hold and see if they recover somewhat.
