non-executive director David Hussey as chief executive, effective today.
Hussey replaces John Sword, who is stepping down from the board and will be

Asia Ltd. said its adjusted pretax profit for the first quarter rose to $1.38
million compared with $224,000 last year.
The company said it posted sales of $52.35 million in the quarter ended

new company in Spain called Gestamp Stadco Holdings SL in a 50:50 joint venture
