SYDNEY--Oil Search Ltd. (OSH.AU) said Monday that Stephen Gardiner will act as interim chief financial officer, succeeding Zlatko Todorcevski who has moved from the oil and gas producer to become CFO of pallets maker Brambles Ltd. (BXB.AU).

Mr. Gardiner, currently Oil Search's executive general manager and group secretary, will assume interim CFO responsibilities while a process takes place to find a permanent appointment, the company said in a statement.
