All Eight Nominees Elected to Gran Tierra
Energy's Board
CALGARY, June 24, 2015 /CNW/ - Gran Tierra Energy
Inc. ("Gran Tierra") (NYSE MKT: GTE, TSX: GTE), a company
focused on oil exploration and production in South America, today announces the voting
results from its 2015 annual meeting of stockholders held earlier
today.
Stockholders elected all eight individuals nominated by Gran
Tierra to its Board of Directors. In addition, stockholders
voted "FOR" the approval, on an advisory basis, of the compensation
of Gran Tierra's named executive officers and "FOR" the
ratification of the selection by the Audit Committee of the Board
of Directors of Deloitte LLP as Gran Tierra's independent
registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 2015. The detailed
