Yea I was waiting for a buyout. Kinda disapointed, I was thinking around 4-5. Oh well, still grateful.

Being acquired for $3.45 per share. Disappointed that it is such a low figure....would have expected/hoped for $4+.

Strong Q4 earnings. Great but still very conservative guidance for 2012. CC is worth listening to!

Think that it went well....my notes:

- only trying to sign web syndication clients that they can do a 7 figure business with...as of today have 77 clients

- will be announcing another client soon....when earnings are announced

- estimating that web syndication revenue will be $60+ million in 2012

- 40+% of revenue is NFL related

- Nike has reduced the # of companies allowed to sell NFL product

- sports licensed items, apparel, etc....the manufacturers protect their clients by requiring certain pricing, etc. 50% margins are common.

- dramatically expanding the amount of warehouse space...hoping to consolidate some of it into 1 huge location. Also looking to automate packaging, etc.

- a pair of Zubaz pants sells for $30 and Dreams cost is $5

- actively negotiating with potential clients (40 open files). NBA teams, NFL teams, colleges, etc. Includes 'big' clients that if signed could result in a material impact to results.

- all divisions should be profitable in 2012

On the I-Box have started a list of the Dreams Retail Solutions (DRS) web syndication clients. At the most recent presentation they said they had 80 so still quite a few to list....any and all help is welcome!!!

The Fans Edge store locations in the Chicagoland area should have a great year as both the Bulls and Black Hawks have really strong teams. The Black Hawks have 4 (Toews, Kane, Hossa, and Sharp)of the top offensive players in the league and also 2 rookies (Jimmy Hayes, Andrew Shaw) that are generating a lot of buzz....still early on the rookies though. Of course the Bulls have league MVP Derrick Rose although he has missed some games with a toe injury. With the new GM (Theo Epstein) regardless of the team record there will be a lot of interest in the Cubs. Hoping for the best with the White Sox....new manager Robin Ventura is a class act. Sales of Bears items should benefit from a new NIKE design.

In terns of expansion in the brick & mortar space on the recent CC management mentioned that they are more interested in adding kiosks to sporting goods stores, etc. but would not rule out eventually opening stores in a "4 sport" city. If that were the case my choice would be Dallas.

Also the slide show listed the number of web syndication clients as being 77. Speaker immediately mentioned that the up to date figure was 80. Hopefully they keep picking up NCAA D1 schools.

The presentation yesterday is worth listening to. Per the 'slide show' 2011 total revenuie supposedly was $140 million. Said that for the first time ever they will be issuing some guidance for 2012.

As discussed on the most recent CC they are investing especially in technology and hiring new people a lot of $ into their businesses. As far as Wall St. (analyst coverage, etc.) still under the radar but an upside earnings surprise could change that as well as additional PR's announcing new business. Could be wrong but at $2.00-2.25 does not appear to be a lot of downside risk.

Is there any reason this company doesn't fly over the next year or so? Everything looks lined up for huge gains.

Per company press releases e-commerce revenue for Q4 was approximately $65 million. Think that they will post huge numbers in 2012.

Insider buying last week at $2.00 and the share price drops. I'm confused.

DRJ is going live on QVC to celebrate the Yankees 27th world series!!! this will boost the price so I loaded up with 3000 shares

I think Dreams really gets rocking after Q4 numbers are announced, we will then see impact of Wal-Mart and JCPenney

JC Penny deal is huge, NCAA deal is also huge. Stock moving well as a result of the news!

~$82M in revenues for 2008, not bad considering the world fell apart in the 4th quarter. With signs of a recovery beginning to show, retailers are going to see an inflow of investors money and I believe DRJ doubles before year end. Just my opinion.

Earnings tomorrow, expectation from Vista Partners is for $85M in revenues for 2008. Any thoughts?

Large Bid/Ask spread because the market maker at the AMEX is a crook and due to the fact the stock is thinly traded. This is one of the best companies I have come across in the small cap space.

DRJ rapidly growing top line with 50% yoy growth from online division (FansEdge). New syndication business just landed AOL as a client and I expect that segment to become a major source of revenue for the Company. A competitor in the syndication space is ticker: GSIC. Strong balance sheet, strong management, thinly traded and when institutions faced redemptions, the stock was hit hard. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
